Node red v 3.2.0 not working with nodejs V23.x #56

Description

@bradharley

I wanted to give a heads up that the current node-red as of this date doesn't work with nodejs v23.

Backstory: I was helping a buddy install and configure his signalk environment on a new install and node-red failed on start. From the logs, I presume this is possibly a node version problem with v23? But, as a fresh/clean install, I thought I would raise it and get feedback before downgrading nodejs and troubleshooting myself.

Here is the error. All newly installed and updated.

Downgraded to nodejs v22x and resolved.

So, if don't run v23 yet if you're running node-red.
