research: design a privacy-safe no-progress trace corpus

Goal

Design a small public corpus of no-progress / useful-verification traces that other contributors can use without publishing raw prompts, source or proprietary repository data.

Requirements

• Synthetic by default.
• Explicit field classification for every persisted attribute.
• Include positive, negative and ambiguous examples.
• Include changed-state resets and failed/unknown outcomes.
• Define minimum metadata needed for reproducibility.
• Explain how aggregate exports avoid turning pseudonymization into an anonymization claim.

A design proposal is welcome before implementation.
