Oracle HCM consultant with four end-to-end implementations, now building AI agents inside the systems companies already run. The AI people cannot touch the ERP, and the ERP people cannot build the agent. I do both.

Nine years in enterprise IT, five of them implementing Oracle HCM at Deloitte and IBM: Recruiting, Talent and Core HR, eight client mandates, organizations from ~600 to 23,000 employees. I work remotely across North America through my firm, Kreis Consulting Inc.

Services

  • Oracle HCM delivery. Implementation and module lead, HDL data conversion, Fusion security, REST and SOAP integrations, OTBI and BI Publisher reporting, quarterly update impact analysis, and application management after go-live.
  • AI agents inside enterprise systems. Oracle AI Agent Studio or a custom stack (Claude, MCP, retrieval-augmented generation): scoping, build, guardrails, testing, and the integration and permissions work that decides whether an agent ships. The usual starting point is a two-week, fixed-price Agent Readiness Assessment: a decision, not a demo.

Selected work

Independent work, built outside client engagements. Client work is described in the CV.

  • Clockwork: test automation engine for Oracle Fusion. Tests are written as the labels a person sees on screen, with no selectors; the run pauses and learns the fix when a label changes. Passed a first end-to-end run on a real Fusion HCM DEV pod. TypeScript, Python, Playwright.
  • The Self-Contained Harness: framework manuscript on agent-maintained context: one self-contained folder per theme, in portable files that AI agents file, distill and prune while the human decides. Public draft, in progress.
  • The Verification Loop: book-length theory of how verification drives the performance of markets, states and AI systems. Thesis and specification by the author; text drafted by orchestrated AI agents and audited against a dated public source ledger. In revision.
  • Keller Strategies: Python research engine for tactical asset allocation: published strategies verified line by line against their source papers, explicit execution ledger, adversarial audits, extensive test suite.
  • Permanent Capital Index: reproducible, openly specified benchmark of permanent-capital allocators, selected by structure rather than past performance: data pipeline and methodology. Python. Research only, not investment advice.
