This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Migration Assets

• SQL migrations for the sync plane, presence/assistant privacy layer, and Park Pound ledger live in migrations/.
• API contract snapshot for frozen pre-migration routes is in migrations/api_contract_snapshot_20260221.md.
• Feature flag reference values are in config/feature-flags.example.
• Heatmap refresh is exposed at POST/GET /api/map/heatmap/refresh and scheduled once daily via vercel.json cron.
• Set HEATMAP_REFRESH_TOKEN (or CRON_SECRET) so refresh requests are authorized.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.

Testing

• Run regression tests: npm test
• Watch mode: npm run test:watch
