Thanks for the PR - I won't be putting this in 4.0.0, but I will review it thereafter for inclusion in the next release. Thanks for including tests 👍 |

This evaluator will add items that do not yet exist like NewItemsOnlyEvaluator, but next to that it will also add fields to existing items if they don't have those those fields yet.
