The Homebrew cask now auto-strips macOS quarantine on install (shipped in SmooAI/homebrew-tools). README's macOS install section gets a Gatekeeper note pointing at the one-liner for direct .zip downloads and noting the cask handles it automatically. Security doc gap #1 rewritten to describe the actual current behaviour — the previous text claimed cask downloads weren't quarantined in the first place, which was true on older Homebrew but isn't on 4.x.
