An independent, privacy-conscious web calculator that estimates 2026 VA disability compensation withheld for overlapping Army Reserve paid duty and compares that estimate with gross military basic pay.

- One paid inactive-duty training period uses one-thirtieth of monthly basic pay.
- One active-duty day uses one-thirtieth of monthly basic pay.
- The estimated VA daily equivalent is the monthly VA amount divided by 30.
- Totals are calculated from the unrounded values and then rounded to cents.
- A whole-month service entry maps to the first DFAS column whose “Over” threshold has been passed. For example, exactly 10 years maps to “Over 8”; 10 years and 1 month maps to “Over 10.”
