83972c9，之后推送的87acfcf（OpenCode 评审方、已合并 PR 的评审基点、CI 材料、B33、试行 1/3 记录）当时没有成功推到远端，未进入 main。本 PR 的第一个提交就是它（拣选后补了Task: T007）。这次已用git ls-remote核对远端 head 与本地一致。plan代理只禁止编辑、不禁止 bash；harness：熵治理纳入 Swift 与文档链接（目标态设计阶段二 P8） #62 试行中它运行了 PR 的测试与gh（环境无凭据，未造成影响）。现以配置关掉 bash、子代理、网页与写入类工具。bin/dispatch review --watch需在本机常驻运行（终端里开着即可）；要开机自启需要另装 launchd，由你决定。证据
