38754f8（P1 全量，#71）升级到cdb69d8（B46 P2 全量）：T116–T118 回填修复、T201 运行时间线、T202 缺失上下文、T203 内容检查（含不回显与旧格式回归）、T204 保留期清理、T205 派发预警（[alerts]可选配置，Migration 见引擎 CHANGELOG）、T119 校准工具（calibrate已按本仓库契约形状对齐——consumer-contractjob 在引擎仓库 #60 已转绿）。证据（G2）
