- .harness/engine：P2–P4 全部引擎演进（时间线/事件导出/CI 事件/GitHub 事实同步/合并账本/审计复原与完整性/告警汇总/评审包等）；锁文件更新 - tests/test_harness_dispatch.py：FakeGitHub.wait_ci 补 detail 形参 （引擎 B71 修复后携带升级附言） - tests/test_harness_review_independent.py：Reviewer.read 返回值从 (text, model) 适配为 (text, model, basis)（评审模型依据位），三处 调用点与三处测试内 Fake 同步 - bin/verify --full 通过：Ran 556 tests, OK（G2 基线对照达成） - auto-merge.yml 与 quality.yml 与新模板有双向分叉（自有配置 vs 模板新增告警 job 等），按「接入方按需合并」留后续 PR 单独处理

.harness/engine+ lock：P2–P4 全部引擎演进（时间线/事件导出/CI 事件/GitHub 事实同步/合并账本/审计复原与完整性/告警汇总/评审包等）。tests/test_harness_dispatch.py：FakeGitHub.wait_ci补detail形参（引擎 B71 修复后携带升级通道附言）——此前 11 个契约失配的根因之一。tests/test_harness_review_independent.py：Reviewer.read返回值适配为(text, model, basis)（模型依据位），三处调用点与三处测试内 Fake 同步。chore/upgrade-harness-3–6为历史遗留半成品分支（非本次内容，未动），故顺延为 -7。验证
bin/verify --full通过 @ 736314c：Ran 556 tests, OK（skipped=1）。未含（后续单独 PR）
auto-merge.yml与quality.yml与新模板双向分叉（本项目自有配置 vs 模板新增告警 job 等 P4 内容），按引擎升级约定「已有文件不覆盖、接入方按需合并」另行合并。Migration（引擎 CHANGELOG 相关）
[metrics.baseline]登记（本项目已按历史升级登记）。[events]、[alerts]均为可选段，缺省行为不变，无需动作。
