修复 B132：
events --since的极端年份偏移、超大相对时长在 UTC 转换、timedelta 构造或日期减法时抛 OverflowError，导致命令 traceback。现在仅在参数解析的计算边界转换为既有参数错误，文本与 --json 均返回2。只改trace.py、backlog和CHANGELOG。有效相对时长/ISO输入、含边界筛选与计数保持；不钳制、不回退筛选、不吞下游查询异常，B131排序及事件/数据库/链/导入行为保持。
