pilot已用到 B132，docs/migrate-harness-design-docs用了 B126。git diff确认用例没被改过。合并顺序
ADR 0001 只在
docs/migrate-harness-design-docs上（开发完成，尚未验收）。0002 里只是用文字提到 0001，没有链接，所以先合哪个都不会产生断链。等那条分支合入后，docs/decisions/才完整。依据：试装实测（2026-10-23）
在 picture-book-reading 的临时克隆里装了当前 main 的引擎：
