fix: add `hasSetupGoals` on user's schema

the implicit rule today is: if no goal is found, then the user didn't setup any goal

this implies to have a logic of goal's creation for the next week a bit 🤯

what we should do is:

• add to the user the current goals properties
• when no goal for the current week exists, create a new goal item with the user's current goals properties
