Die komplette OeMAG-Funktion, aus load-peak-features entfernt, weil sie zurzeit nicht gebraucht wird. Dieser PR bleibt offen, um sie später wieder einzuspielen.

  • Tarif-Vorlage „OeMAG Marktpreis (Einspeisung)“: der zuletzt veröffentlichte OeMAG-Marktpreis als laufender Einspeisepreis
  • Ab dem Abrechnungstag (Standard 15.) wird er zum endgültigen Preis des Vormonats: die gespeicherten 15-Minuten-Einspeisepreise und der Solaranteil der Ladevorgänge dieses Monats werden einmalig neu berechnet
  • Abrechnungs-Dialog und Übersicht in den Tarif-Einstellungen, Verlauf der abgerechneten Monate, manuelle Abrechnung per API
  • Die EEG-Aufteilung (zweiter Einspeisetarif) ist nicht betroffen, sie bleibt in load-peak-features

TODO

  • Beim Wiedereinspielen auf die dann aktuelle evcc-Version prüfen (Tarif-Wrapper, Session- und Metrics-Modelle)

Restores the OeMAG feature removed from load-peak-features, kept here to use
it again later:

- tariff template "oemag": the latest published OeMAG market price as the
  running feed-in price
- from a finalize day (default 15) on it becomes the final price of the
  previous month, and the month's persisted 15 minute feed-in rates and the
  solar share of its charging sessions are recalculated once
- finalization dialog and summary in the tariff settings, history of the
  finalized months, manual finalization via API
