Summary

• Center the settings search field in the app bar.
• Reveal the account header pill only after scrolling past 30% of the viewport, so the cover image opens flush with the top edge.
• Move the wide-layout rail toggle into the sidebar's bottom-left corner and preserve the rail's expanded/collapsed state when switching destinations.
• Split the portrait headers into floating glass controls: a standalone glass hamburger on the left and the section picker in its own glass pill on the right. The dashboard opens without a top bar in landscape and keeps a glass hamburger in portrait.
• In the wide chat list, let the "Chat" title scroll with the rooms while the section picker keeps floating, aligned on the same row.
• Fix the chat subscription lifecycle by capturing the websocket service's send function instead of reading a provider from onCancel/onResume.
