Backend Changes

• Add confidence-aware machine detection with DetectMachineWithConfidence API
  • Scoring: exact vCPU/memory match, multi-provider disambiguation, ambiguous candidate penalty
  • Returns machine + confidence (0..1) + reasoning string
  • Backward compatible: existing DetectMachine wraps the new API
• Add best-effort runtime storage-class probing on Linux
