ACCEPTANCE

By using the software, you agree to all of the terms and conditions below.

DEFINITIONS

"Licensor" means Sebastian Gbudje.

"Licensed Work" means the RunRight software made available under this license.

"Embedded" means incorporating the Licensed Work into another application such
that the Licensed Work is not reasonably separable from that application.

"SaaS" means providing access to the Licensed Work as a service, including
through a network.

GRANT OF LICENSE

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, non-
sublicensable, non-transferable license to use, copy, modify, and distribute
the Licensed Work, subject to the following conditions:

LIMITATIONS

1. You may not provide the Licensed Work to third parties as a hosted or managed
   service, where the service provides users with access to any substantial set
   of the features or functionality of the Licensed Work (SaaS use).

2. You may not move, change, disable, or circumvent the license key
   functionality in the Licensed Work, and you may not remove or obscure any
   functionality in the Licensed Work that is protected by the license key.

3. You may not alter, remove, or obscure any licensing, copyright, or other
   notices of the Licensor in the Licensed Work.

THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM,
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSED WORK.
