Update README.md to align with latest extension features #191
The current version of the README file has fallen out of sync with the latest release of the extension and requires an update to reflect recent technical developments.
Specifically, the documentation must now incorporate the Resume Annotations functionality as well as the new pop-up notification messages that guide users through the various stages of the workflow.
Beyond these feature updates, please include a dedicated section for uninstallation procedures. This section should provide clear, step-by-step guidance for removing the extension through the Slicer Extension Manager while also detailing the manual removal process for developers and advanced users who have installed the module directly from source.

@miiranta Can you help me with this? We need to update the screenshots and GIFs with the new version of tutorial maker. Describe the Resume Annotations buttons. And add some shortcuts tips (DEL deletes the selected annotation, ESC escapes the selected annotations, HOLDING SHIFT while placing annotations let's you place more annotations in quick sucession)
