Run Examples

SSH into the VM as bigdata/bigdata and execute the following commands to create data tables and load example data into your system.

ONLY NEED TO RUN ONCE

Construct Aggregate Micro Paths tables for system.

cd /srv/software/aggregate-micropaths/hive-streaming
./run_ais.sh

Construct Louvain Modularity tables for system.

cd /srv/software/distributed-louvain-modularity/example
./run_example.sh

RUN AIS SHIPPING EXAMPLE DATA

This will execute the full Track Communities analytics package on Automatic Identification System (AIS) ship/vessel data.

cd /srv/software/track-communities
chmod 755 example.sh
chmod 755 run.sh
./example.sh
