Suggestion: Add Function hint()

Just a suggestion to add the function hint() or perhaps sendHint().

For my custom component (Useful Events and Functions, aka "UEF"), I added function hint(), that would send a hint to the owner, player:hint() to send to any player (only if they allow it by typing "lemon_allowhints 1"). And also function vehicle:hintDriver(). This custom component will be released on the forum soon.

But if that can be added in the official component it would be better :)

player:hint() not sure about this, could be really abused even if you do have to use that cvar.
