Patch for dark surfaces: every piece of the mascot with a thin Warm Cream (#FFF4E8) die-cut sticker border, so Patch's dark outline and ear rims stay readable on Deep Ink. The artwork itself is untouched.

  • mascot/dark/: the hero, the sneeze frames and loop, and the walk and walk-left poses, frames and loops. The border is 4 px at the 256 px walk-frame scale and scales with size. Frames keep their canvas, so they still line up when swapped. dark/compressed/ holds small WebPs for product UI.
  • site/scripts/dark-mascot.mjs builds all of it from original/. The animated loops reuse the original loops' delays.
  • mascot/README.md gains an "On dark surfaces" section: use the dark set only on dark surfaces, as the one approved exception to the no-outlines rule. The top-level README mascot row is updated.

Patch at full fidelity, with original pixels and compressed copies
mascot/dark/ has every piece (hero, the sneeze frames and loop, the walk
and walk-left poses, frames and loops) with a 4 px-per-256 px Warm Cream
die-cut border, built from original/ by site/scripts/dark-mascot.mjs,
plus small WebPs in dark/compressed/ for product UI. The art itself is
untouched. The README documents it as the approved exception to the
no-outlines rule, for dark surfaces only.
