Make the published Workspace CLI installable from a fresh machine using the documented GitHub Packages login and scoped registry setup. The README, package guide and release notes now describe the actual publishing automation and avoid a token-in-command example.

This is documentation only. Version stays 0.6.7 and application/publishing logic is unchanged. The dev PR runs the full quality, PostgreSQL, both hosting browser suites, and two-image installation/restore checks before merge. Main publishes fresh AMD64/ARM64 images; a manual stable release will refresh the installer release for this existing base version.

The CLI is published automatically to GitHub Packages, while npmjs publishing is optional. The existing bare install instructions fail on a fresh machine when npmjs publishing is not configured.

Lead both installation guides and release notes with authenticated scoped GitHub registry setup, remove the token-in-command example, and document the actual publishing automation. Version remains 0.6.7; workflow changes are limited to release-note prose.

Validation: whitespace checks, all eight workflow Bash literal blocks pass bash -n, and byte comparison confirms publishing logic outside the release notes is unchanged.
