Codex post-merge audit caught two leftover doc disalignments on main after PR #4 was merged as 814ee88: 1. AGENT_HANDOFF.md was still in Status: in-progress with P4/P5 marked "awaiting review/merge" and the PR sequence table rows 4 and 5 stale. - Status: in-progress → release-ready - Current task lead rewritten to reflect post-merge state - P4/P5 rows in the release plan: "implemented, awaiting review/merge" → "DONE — merged via PR #4 as 814ee88" - Merge status footer in Review approvals: PR #4 marked merged with the 814ee88 SHA and timestamp - PR sequence table rows 4 and 5: DONE - Open concerns: CONTRIBUTORS_IT.md note moved from "pending merge" to "now on main" - Next agent starts from: rewritten as a release checklist (merge this cleanup PR → cut v2.3.0 tag → optional branch hygiene) - New History entry recording the cleanup itself 2. README.md / README_IT.md > ## Package Structure / ## Struttura Del Pacchetto did not list parse-ownership.py (created by Plan C, omitted from the package-tree diagram). - Added parse-ownership.py under scripts/ in both READMEs.
