Sprint Goal

Sprint 7 brings the AI Buddy onto dev as a conversational alternative to the static onboarding checklist and commits to the reusable skill-based onboarding-blueprint rework. We finish GitHub organization-level ingestion, and stretch for AI vision and PDF parsing, plus close a batch of review-driven UX and bug items: the project-creation flow, access management, sidebar and login redirect, knowledge-base display, FAQ auto-refresh and grouping, dashboard insights, and personas for adaptive onboarding. Capacity is still reduced, so scope is priority-ordered.
