[Story]: PM Buddy — sources and uploads

User Story

As a PM in the buddy's team mode, I want to connect, sync and unlink my project's GitHub repositories, Jira instances and Confluence spaces, switch sources on and off, and remove uploads — so I control where the project's knowledge comes from without leaving the conversation. Nothing changes until I confirm it.

The critical piece of this story: secrets never enter the conversation. Everything said to the buddy is stored and sent to the language model, so tools only ever take the name of a credential the PM already saved; creating or rotating tokens and uploading files stay on their pages, and the buddy links there. Second: linking a repository is allowed for any project member today — team mode requires the manager.

In Scope

• GitHub: discover, connect, link/unlink, sync a repository
• Jira: connect, unlink, sync an instance
• Confluence: create, delete, schedule, sync a connection
• Enable/disable the project's sources; delete uploads

Acceptance Criteria

• A manager can connect, link, unlink and sync sources of their project only
• Syncing or unlinking a source shared with other projects says so before confirming
• No tool accepts a token value; credential management and uploads are links to their pages
• Global operations (sync everything, connector / repository / Jira configuration) are not reachable from team mode
• Every change is a proposal until confirmed; destructive and bulk operations are marked

Technical Notes

• No frontend or AI work: tool labels fall back to a generic label, and the persona only describes mounted tools.
