fix: Make Navbar and full website responsive across all screen sizes #30

Description

@Atharva0506

Bug Description

The site is not fully responsive on mobile and tablet viewports.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the site in a browser (or DevTools).
  2. Resize the viewport to < 640 px wide (mobile) or 640–768 px (tablet).
  3. Observe:
    • On mobile: the hamburger menu appears but the Connect Wallet button is absent (hidden via hidden sm:block with no equivalent inside the mobile drawer that handles very small screens).
    • The wallet info dropdown (w-72) clips out of the screen on narrow viewports.
    • Page sections overflow horizontally, producing a horizontal scrollbar.
