Summary

• Update Ghost to 6.71.0:0 using the official ghost:6.71.0-alpine image, verified published for amd64 and arm64 through Docker Hub's tag API.
• Scrutiny tier: Minor. Read the upstream release notes and changelog. Adds paid tier-based automation triggers and social-web follower migration; fixes self-hosted app loading, newsletter rendering, scheduling and editor issues. • Passed: helix-build -- npx tsc --noEmit. No package build or runtime testing performed in this sweep; cross-review owns those checks.
• Upgrade an existing install with a chosen primary URL, owner account, posts, uploaded images and members to 6.71.0:0. Confirm database/application health, owner login, retained content, publishing/editing and persistence after restart; also verify fresh-install setup.
• In Ghost Admin, exercise post filters, long tag/author names, scheduler AM/PM and email-editor callout emoji selection. With configured email delivery and a previously emailed post whose newsletter is archived, verify republishing; inspect a newsletter in Proton Mail dark mode.
• With a paid tier and configured payment integration, exercise tier-based automation triggers. With an existing social-web account and followers, check the outbound account-move workflow.

Merge with a merge commit — do not squash. next is long-lived: a merge commit leaves it a true ancestor of master, so it fast-forwards cleanly afterwards. A squash re-lands the same content under a new commit, so the branch is left carrying history master will never contain.

• Merges cleanly into master (git merge-tree).
• Diff is limited to the image tag and current.ts, which is edited in place. The template's empty up carries no migration, so no new version file is needed.
• ghost:6.71.0-alpine is published for amd64 and arm64 on Docker Hub, matching arch: ['x86_64', 'aarch64'].
• I checked the release notes against upstream v6.71.0. The five locales match the English bullets, and the upstream link is correct. The SQLite-path fix is left out, which is right because this package uses MySQL.
• start-sdk is pinned at 3.0.6, the current npm release.
• No stale 6.70 references remain, and README/instructions need no changes.
• helix-build --output ghost.s9pk -- make ghost.s9pk passed: tsc, prettier check, ncc and s9pk pack. I did no runtime install testing.
