… improved variant filtering Add screen_method, pre_filter_by_pqr, and correlation filter cutoff parameters. Improve keep_variants logic to match across original region IDs and skip marginal coef fitting when no variants found instead of proceeding unfiltered. Update quantile regression pipeline with new screening parameters and improved variant filtering
