[Bug] csproj owned by both sources/ overlay and old patches/ file

Expected behavior

./install-linux.sh work on fresh clone. One file, one owner

Actual behavior

bootstrap die after baseline snapshot:
ERROR: source and patch ownership conflict: VintagestoryApi/VintagestoryAPI.csproj

Steps to reproduce

git clone + ./install-linux.sh
fix:
merge 2 missing lines from patch into overlay csproj, delete patch. Owner = overlay only

Confirmed. PR #81 introduced patches/VintagestoryApi/VintagestoryAPI.csproj.patch while sources/VintagestoryApi/VintagestoryAPI.csproj was already present as a source overlay, tripping the ownership conflict check in scripts/bootstrap.sh.

Your diagnosis is accurate: the patch file will be removed and the <Compile Remove> directives will remain solely in the overlay .csproj. A fix is being prepared for main.
