Summary

• Bootstrap the Atelier Mail monorepo with Next.js web client, Swift API packages, lexicon schemas, migrations, docs, and deploy scaffolding.
• Add Gmail-capable API routing, provider/domain seams, MCP tool contracts, private KV lexicon boundaries, and Docker Compose services.
• Implement the current Atelier Mail workspace UI with theme persistence, resizable columns, environment banner support, and deployment docs.

Notes

• The GitHub repo was created under Stygian-Tech with main as the default branch.
• The Swift API currently serves the in-memory Gmail vertical slice and deployment health/provider routes; persistent Postgres adapters remain the next production step.
