Updates the published protocol primitives for the MCP 2025-11-25 HTTP contract. Adds the 2025-03-26 missing-header compatibility version, responds to unsupported initialize versions with the latest supported version, and preserves pagination cursors in request params.\n\nVerification: 12 Swift tests pass.
