Fixes #12.
Clicking a running app's dock icon while that app was already in front did nothing. It now minimizes the app, the way its Windows taskbar button does; clicking again restores it. A click on an app that is not in front still brings it forward.
The check considers every window of the app, so a grouped app is treated as active when any of its windows has the foreground, and all its windows minimize together.
Verified on Windows 11 with the release build: click Notepad3's dock icon (activates), click again (
IsIconictrue, focus moves to the next window), click again (restored and in front).fmt --check,cargo test(84 passed, 1 ignored) andclippy -D warningsare clean.
