Stop a dose that is queued to ring but not yet in ringing.

cancelFallback sends ACTION_STOP only when the dose is already in ringing. AlarmReceiver.onReceive starts ACTION_RING before startRinging adds the dose to ringing. If Today marks the dose taken or skipped in that window, no stop is sent. startRinging has no status check, so the dose can start ringing after it was dealt with. Cancelling the scheduled alarm does not retract the delivered broadcast or the queued service start.

The fix must cover this window. Record the dismissal for the dose, check it in startRinging, and clear it when the dose is no longer pending. The change should stay in AlarmService.kt. Do not add a stop-only check, because the stop arrives before the ring is processed.

@android/app/src/main/kotlin/dev/susiee/dosekeeper/AlarmService.kt at line 257:
Update the dismissal flow in AlarmService so a dose marked taken or skipped
before it enters ringing is recorded and checked by startRinging before it
begins ringing. Ensure an earlier ACTION_STOP can prevent a queued ACTION_RING
from starting, and clear the recorded dismissal once the dose is no longer
pending.

Skipping. The window is between AlarmReceiver starting the service and onStartCommand running, both on the main looper, so a few milliseconds. The user would have to tap Taken on Today at that exact moment. If it happens, the alarm screen just asks about a dose already marked. That's harmless, and a persisted dismissal set isn't worth adding for it.

@SusieeTheLinuxUser Understood. You accept the risk of an alarm starting after the dose is marked. I won’t pursue the dismissal-set change.

# DoseKeeper

## Why it's built this way

A medication reminder that doesn't fire is worse than no reminder, because you
trusted it. Everything here is shaped around that:

- **A foreground service does the ringing**, so a killed activity can't silence it,
  and it plays on the alarm audio stream so it's audible on silent/vibrate.

## Guardrails

- **Reliability over everything.** Never weaken the alarm path (alarm stream, foreground
  service, full-screen intent, `setAlarmClock`) for cleanliness or battery friendliness.
