GitHub now rejects macos-14. The job fails in 2s with "The configuration 'macos-14-arm64-us-default' is not supported" (seen on #9). This swaps it for macos-15 in ci.yml and in the two macOS rows of release.yml. Nothing else changes.

Check: this PR's own CI run should show the macOS job building and testing.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • CI testing and release builds now run on macOS 15. Ubuntu and Windows testing remain unchanged, and release targets and artifact names are unchanged. This updates the macOS environment used to verify and produce releases without changing the available release artifacts.

GitHub no longer accepts the macos-14 runner ("configuration
'macos-14-arm64-us-default' is not supported").
