Release decision

This is a reduced-stable v0.2.0 release. The user explicitly replaced the four-hour requirement with one hour and canceled/waived another one-hour post-fix resource-monitor run. The resource result is WAIVED / NOT PASS; no resource PASS is claimed. The seven paths with reproduced native-host risk remain experimental and disabled before IPC. The package remains private, so this release creates a GitHub tag/Release and does not publish npm.
