Fix website issues

• Set text color to black. Page 4, point 2.
• Use en-dash instead of hyphen for T4EQ.
• Fix domain name reported by google by setting canonical domain. Page 1, point 1.
• Add favicon with current logo. Page 1, point 3.
• Bring fixes from theme (see related PR here).
• Remove unused bio in teamgrid.

I don't see the font color change visually. However could see n-dash change take effect.

did you bring the changes from the theme? to me the colours are also not super noticeable, but I had a look with the current site side-by-side and I could definitely tell (also using the html inspector showed the right colours)
