Schematron msgs that are full sentences; but also put element names into pointy brackets, put at-sign in front of attr names, etc.

Mostly put dots at end of Schematron msgs that are full sentences; but also put element names into pointy brackets, put at-sign in front of attr names, etc. But note that I was only looking through Schematron msgs that did not end in dot. So there is lots more to be done.
Warning: Lots of whitespace changes, too. (So perhaps @martindholmes should not be a reviewer : - )
