Add a 27-colour inventory palette for field sketches - #35

Jump now opens an inventory palette of dyed leather swatches instead of cycling through five strokes. The palette adds light and dark shades of charcoal, red, ochre, slate, and moss, plus three browns. New inks are appended so saved sketches keep their colours. Drawing input pauses until controls are released after the palette closes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Space now opens a 27-colour inventory palette while sketching. Dyed leather swatches show nine pigments in light, normal and dark shades; selecting a colour closes the inventory and resumes the same sketch. Escape retains the current colour. The picker blocks item transfers and pauses drawing input until the controls are released.
New pigments are appended to preserve the saved colour indices of existing sketches. The camp inventory command and artifact restoration are kept in a separate PR.
Validation: palette, sketch-session and inventory-interaction tests; installed and loaded successfully on TF Dev.
