perf: flush the sales folder's parent only when the folder is new - #33
Main profiles 10-30 19:34 → 10-31 05:00: TradeManager.click → MarketSale.record 4.5 s and MarketSale.syncDirectory 3.3 s, up to 0.5 s in one minute. Each sale did four directory/file syncs on the main thread, one of them a sync of the plugin folder that only matters when pending-sales was just created.
Change
record() syncs the plugin folder only when it created pending-sales, plus once per server run for a folder that already existed (covers an earlier run whose sync failed). Write order, CREATE_NEW and the payment flow are unchanged.
Kept: the folder sync after deleting the intent. If a deleted intent reappeared after a crash, the seller's next sale would be blocked with "needs staff review" (there is no reconcile step), so a comment now marks it as required.
Testing
148/148 tests (1 new, counting the syncs) with the Windows folder-fsync call patched locally; unmodified main fails the same 10 tests on Windows.
Dev (TFMCDev01, 10-31 from 11:47 UTC): this PR's jar ran together with the other 12 jars from this round (VF, SF, MusicalInstruments, Magic on the Blood Magic branch, TLibs, GunsAndGadgets, Thievery, BirdMessenger, Surgery, CompanionPets, ActivityTF, MarketBlock), through two restarts. No error from any of them in the log. Bot TestChar1:
A chest, a double chest and a barrel, each full of shulker boxes of written books: open, pick up and put back, shift-click both ways. Every plugin's click/open listener ran; the stacks stayed intact and nothing was logged.
/faction list (row click works), /referral and /activity menus opened and worked.
Two sales of 16 gunpowder at a placed market block, starting with no pending-sales folder: "Sold 16 for 5.6d" then "5.2d", the gunpowder was taken (counted server-side), the folder was created on the first sale and left empty after each sale, and nothing was logged.
Every market sale flushed three folders to disk on the main thread: the
plugin folder (in case pending-sales had just been created), then
pending-sales after writing the sale's intent file and again after
removing it. Spark showed 4.5 s in recording sales and 3.3 s in folder
flushes over 9 hours, up to 0.5 s in one minute.
The plugin folder only needs flushing when pending-sales was just made,
so a crash cannot lose the new folder and the intent inside it. A sale
now checks whether the folder exists first and flushes the parent only
when it creates it, plus once per server run for a folder that already
existed (covering an earlier run whose flush failed). Every later sale
skips that flush. The intent file is still written with CREATE_NEW and
flushed, and both pending-sales flushes stay, in the same order as before.
The flush after removing the intent stays on purpose: there is no
automatic reconcile, so an intent that came back after a crash would make
the seller's next sale fail its CREATE_NEW and tell them it needs staff
review, until staff removed the file.

Bug Fixes
Improved the reliability of sale records when sale folders are created or first used, helping ensure completed sales are preserved consistently.
Sale settlement continues to record intent changes when a sale is applied or refused.
Sale recording now tracks parent-directory flushes by normalised folder path and forces the parent when a folder is new or has not yet been flushed during the server run. Tests check flush counts and confirm that sales still settle.

Summary
Record sales and validate directory flushing src/main/java/net/tfminecraft/marketblock/trade/MarketSale.java, src/test/java/net/tfminecraft/marketblock/trade/MarketSaleTest.java
Sale recording conditionally creates the folder and tracks parent-directory flushes by normalised path. Directory forcing uses a shared helper. Tests check flush counts, folder recreation, and settlement results.
Sale recording now skips most parent-folder flushes. If the pending-sales folder is deleted during a run and its recreation fails to flush, a later sale can be paid without a durable intent record, which a crash could lose. This needs an unusual combination of events, and clearing the cached key before recreating the folder fixes it. Fix this before merging, though the general risk is low.

If pending-sales was deleted and recreated during a run, a failed parent
flush left the old folder marked as flushed, so the next sale could pay
without a durable folder entry. Recreating the folder now clears the
mark until its own flush succeeds (CodeRabbit).
