Description
For a few countries the forest stock is dropping to zero even though the forest area does not. This leads to problemns with following simulationperiods where the stock is increasing extremly in these countries
Expected Behavior
Normally the stock should not easily drop to zero. Shaddow prices should regulate that by increasing the supply prices.
