TNT-IDE is a simple IDE software. It could save time when you're coding. Especially, it contains several code templates for OI, and you can copy them directly with one click.
The source code file doesn't contain MinGW64, you could copy one to the main exe's path.
Because the software contains MinGW64, so it's large. You'd better download it by clicking the following link and run "安装.exe":
