Add support for image URIs in image names #1

Should allow spawning any public image. E.g. ubuntu:26.10@dev.box... or even ghcr.io/tu-wien-datalab/aqueduct@dev.box.... Of course we need to find the correct separator as the username in SSH will probably not support slashes etc.
