Due to legal requirements and manual post-grading (see #342), lecturers must download and archive their students' submissions.

Next to the button for exporting the submission grades, there could be a button to download all submissions as an archive.
Workaround
Also, I'd be interested in a workaround that possibly works right away. As a system administrator, can I gather the files, maybe using REST API calls or even using git directly on the stored files?
Edit: You can run git clone <path to grader-service storage>/git/<course ID>/<assignment ID>/user/<user ID> user_repo to clone the actual submission into the directory user_repo if I'm not mistaken.
