This PR stores the files in the sdcard in folders, like so:

M5E1G1
   ACC0
   ...
   SCAN0
   ACC1

M5E2G1
   ACC0
   ...
   SCAN0

the creation of the folder happens when set_id_at_start is called. The format is M for midge id, E for experiment name and G for group id.
