Greetings!

Fixes

  • Fixed the incorrect Update available notification by synchronizing the build version with v1.3.2.
  • Restored the five-second Round Start playback limit.
  • Added clear Music ended before event and Event ended before music preview completion messages.

Preview Improvements

  • Added an option to limit previews to the selected event duration.
  • Applied the option globally to Music Selector and Extra Tracks.
  • Preserved the configured Start At offset without reducing the event duration.
  • Updated the event timing documentation.

Now, on to more significant changes:

Portable Single-File Release

  • Converted CS Jukebox into a compressed, self-contained single EXE.
  • Reduced the release size from approximately 150+ MB to ~70 MB.
  • Embedded the GSI configuration inside the executable.
  • Made kits, properties.json, and logs portable alongside the EXE.
  • Added safe one-time migration from the legacy storage location.

New release assets now requiring only 1 CS-JukeBox.exe

Interface

  • Added a persistent blue-graphite dark theme across the entire application.
  • Improved the Main Menu layout to accommodate the new theme option.

Testing

  • Verified Release compilation with no errors or warnings.
  • Tested UI rendering in light and dark modes.
  • Tested preview timing and completion handling.
  • Verified embedded GSI configuration installation.
  • Verified portable single-EXE startup and storage creation.
Everything should be stable and beauty!

Regarding the bug with the update notification: The source code does indeed match the current GitHub master branch, but the updater compares the application’s AssemblyVersion rather than the Git commit.
The current GitHub release was v1.3.2, but the application version isn’t specified in the project’s .csproj file.
Therefore, even a fresh Release build is assigned version 1.0.0.0.
As a result, the AssemblyVersion comparison shows 1.0.0.0 < 1.3.2 and always indicates an update.
In other words, the notification does not mean that the source code is outdated. This is a version management error.

After I added these lines to the .csproj file:
<Version>1.3.2</Version> <AssemblyVersion>1.3.2.0</AssemblyVersion> <FileVersion>1.3.2.0</FileVersion>
The message about "new release" disappeared.
