Documentation only. The canonical IOS-IMAP-016 record now states the app pin (d87295e3 via PR #152), the upstream PR under review (Cocoanetics/SwiftMail#233, head 9f1a2b6 after four maintainer rounds), and that the completion criteria stay open until that PR merges and the fork is resynced. Companion memory 126 gains the per-round history of the charset guard and the fork-deviation state the next resync must replay. No code changes; nothing to build or test.
