Predicting the Winning Team for Football Matches using a Deep Neural Network.
The project involves predicting the outcome of a football game: Home Win, Away Win or Draw given a set of statistics. The dataset for this was retrieved from https://datahub.io, Feature Engineering has been done on the dataset as seen on final_dataset.csv. The test case was performed on all the games of the 2017/2018 English Premier League season.
