Static FFmpeg builds with AV1 decoding, packaged for Eglantine's CI packages (CPMUtil AddCIPackage
layout: CMakeLists.txt, include/, lib/ at the archive root, plus a .sha512sum per archive).
They are the same builds as crueter-ci/FFmpeg release
9.0.2-1790726865-946fcce07b (same FFmpeg commit, patch and configure flags), plus libdav1d for the
AV1 decoder. Switch 2 titles such as Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave ship their movies as AV1, which the
other packages cannot decode.
