Summary

  • Migration error catch-all was discarding stacktrace and error class
  • function_clause errors logged with no context — impossible to debug which migration/operation failed
  • Now logs structured maps with msg, class, reason, and stacktrace

Test plan

  • Compiles, xref, dialyzer clean
  • Trigger a migration failure — verify stacktrace appears in logs

The catch-all clause in with_migration_lock/2 discarded the stacktrace
and error class, making migration failures nearly impossible to debug.
Now logs structured maps with msg, class, reason, and stacktrace.
