hydra executepreviously returned success after saying its configured reviewer was not implemented. It now runs that reviewer with bounded task/tool evidence and a structured pass/fail/inconclusive decision. Incomplete planner/doer runs, unavailable reviewers, malformed decisions, and failed reviews return nonzero.Single-model operation remains supported and labeled self-review. Reviewer prompts include the code-review canon and essence. Native Codex planners/reviewers use read-only filesystem access, while native tools and external services remain governed by the configured Codex setup. Local model unloading is explicit and uses the configured loopback endpoint.
Validation: 13 regressions failed before the fix; all 18 execute regressions and two controlled loopback residency tests pass locally. All 18 GitHub checks passed on
9c2e9507ffc75ee0033287fed058635f2c532689, including Linux/macOS/Windows Python 3.11/3.12. Linux ran 825 tests with five skips. The rebuilt wheel also passed 20 execution/residency tests from a fresh isolated installation. No production deployment or independent-tribunal certification is claimed.
